Another from the village of Kendri (Κεντρί), in fact the same house as my previous image. A village I haven't visited in many a year and I certainly haven't been here since I started using medium format. I do find that if I visit a village at the wrong time of day it can hamper what I do - certain times of day seem to have lots of people sat outside their house and as a result very interested in what I am up to and where I am going. This was one of those visits. I did however find one charming house that yielded a number of shots that I am very happy with. I was there in the late afternoon so the sun was low giving a beautiful light, changing fast, but, beautiful.
Kendri (Κεντρί) is very close to the south coast of Crete and to the large town of Ierapetra (Ιεράπετρα), so here is a map of Kendri (Κεντρί) and the surrounding area.
One little word
That you may have overheard
Doesn't mean to say
That my love for you is dyin'
Don't start cryin'
Over second-hand lyin'
Say it doesn't matter
You know it doesn't matter
It's a storm in a teacup
Brewin' up double
All those tiny little troubles
It's a storm in a teacup
It really doesn't matter
If it pitter pitter patters all the day
