I pondered wandering from the states with this post, possibly back to Crete, but, it feels good at the moment so I will stick with the American groove. Hell, it's not like I haven't given you enough Cretan photos over the years. This particular shot is from the south of Illinois. I must say, on the whole Illinois is a tad flat, oddly without the interest of Iowa. I'm not sure why they felt so different given that they were equally flat, but, they did. The far north and the far south of Illinois, however, was very pretty and more rolling. This shot was taken just outside the town or De Soto, the landscape had just started to change, a few lumps and bumps as I approached Bald Knob Cross. It was odd, the Carbondale area of southern Illinois seemed to have a few clubs of this type. Drinks with the promise of Exotic Dancers. I'm sure they must have had them elsewhere they just seemed to catch my eye here! Anyway, if you have an interest, here is an aerial view of Club Coyote as well as a street side view for the very curious.
