Well, I'm back. I have spent a few days recovering and knackered. Sorry for not posting but hell...well nothing. I didn't and that is the end of it. I was lucky enough to find a WiFi connection was usable from the house whilst in Crete, that really made life sweet. The weather was lovely, there was plenty of wine and food. I did wonder if I have a tad to much to say at times, so perhaps you'll see a slightly less vocal me....or perhaps that is fatigue and given a few days I'll return as gobby as ever. I was able to return to shorts whilst away which was sweet and had extended the year rather beautifully! Back a few days and now my head is full of going away again - nothing to say yet, but soon.
So, lets return to a village that I haven't put up for a while. Tourloti (Τουρλωτή), a beautifully ordered village, high in the mountains overlooking the sea. This was a delightful shed of types that I came across, no need to trespass, I just shot it from the footpath. I have precious little to say other than there is an aerial view of Tourloti (Τουρλωτή).
Won herself a pass to some far off moon
It was second class but what's to lose
And looking out her window she could more than assume
That you can't see air or time
She's the only rocketeer in the whole damn place
They gave her a mirror so she could talk to a face
She still got plenty lonely but that's just the case
With time, time, time
Started hearing voices sometime in June
She knew she could go crazy but didn't think that soon
Now she doesn't feel lonely but she'd just as soon
Try, try, try try
Man shot to the moon
I bought a paperback and want to go real soon
I'm shot to the moon
Been there a half an hour, I want to come home soon
